Glen Spey 2015 9 Year Old Whisky 100 Proof Collection Edition 37 57.1%

One for the fans of sherry aged whisky! This 2009 vintage Glen Spey 100 Proof Edition #37 by Signatory was fully aged for 9 years in 1st fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottling was of course with no added colour or chill-filtration at 57.1% abv. 

Much of Glen Spey distillery whiskies go into crafting well know blended whisky so it’s exciting to come across this small batch single malt.
