This Highland single malt was drawn from a single cask and bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring. The release was limited to just 304 individually numbered ceramic decanters.

Douglas Laing's Premier Barrel range takes inspiration from the traditional ceramic whisky decanters of the Victorian era, with each small-batch or single-cask release presented in a distinctive handmade ceramic bottle.

Glen Garioch is one of Scotland's oldest operating distilleries, with a history dating back to 1797. Located in Oldmeldrum in Aberdeenshire, the distillery traditionally produces a robust Highland style, and its spirit is often noted for its malty, cereal-rich character. The Premier Barrel label describes this particular release as a "hyperbolically hearty Highland malt."
