An outstanding 1991 vintage Glen Elgin from Signatory Vintage bottled for their Cask Strength Collection. The whisky spent over three decades ageing in a single 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt, #4073 before being bottled in 2024 at 54.2% abv. One of just 529 bottles, un-chillfiltered with natural colour. This is a truly exceptional single cask whisky full of complexity.
