Another exceptional 1991 vintage Glen Elgin from Signatory Vintage bottled for their Cask Strength Collection. The whisky spent over three decades ageing in a single refill Oloroso sherry butt, #4072 before being bottled in 2024 at 58.7% abv. One of just 253 bottles, un-chillfiltered with natural colour. This is a truly exceptional single cask whisky full of depth and wonderful sherried flavour.
