Matured exclusively in a virgin oak hogshead and bottled at its natural cask strength of 58.1% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring, preserving every ounce of character from the cask.

Unlike ex-bourbon or sherry casks, virgin oak imparts a greater intensity of flavour, bringing rich notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted coconut and warming baking spices alongside layers of fresh oak. The robust cask influence should complement Glasgow Distillery's fruity, malty spirit, creating a whisky with impressive depth and structure despite its relatively youthful age.
