Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois is a fruit liqueur made from wild strawberry and strawberry infusion, produced by Giffard in Angers, France.

The tiny wild strawberries bring a typical “green” note, while sweeter, aromatic sanga-sangana varietal strawberries counter-balance them.

Tasting Notes

Very intense, fruity nose with a slightly acidic freshness. On the palate, aromas evolve from the green wild-strawberry note to ripe jam and marmalade, with a very pleasant finish.
