Giffard Abricot du Roussillon is a premium apricot liqueur made from an infusion of “Rouges du Roussillon” apricots, produced by the Giffard family in Angers, France.

Golden-yellow with fine orange shades, the bouquet reveals itself in stages — ripe apricot sweetness first, then a slight vegetal hint, with sweet spices and caramel in the finish.

Round and smooth on the palate, reminiscent of caramelized apricot compote, with subtle almond and a crisp, tart finish.
