Fettercairn 2014 Warehouse 2 Batch 4 Whisky 48.8%

Introducing the 4th release from Fettercairn's Warehouse 2 collection. This vintage 2014 Fettercairn was matured in first and second fill American oak ex-bourbon casks and ex-Hungarian oak wine casks. Just 6% of the recipe uses whisky from the ex-Hugarian wine casks with first fill bourbon 74% and second fill bourbon 20% making up the majority. There are hints of red berries on the palate with tropical sweet notes and a rich nuttiness. A delicious limited edition whisky balancing sweet fruit and spices beautifully.
