A 10-year-old Edradour, bottled as part of Signatory’s Unchilfiltered Collection. This whisky was matured in a first-fill sherry cask and has aromas of ground walnut, raisin and tobacco on the nose, with balsamic raspberries, honeycomb and clementine on the palate.
