Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Rouge is a classic sweet vermouth made from fine wines and botanicals from the Alpine meadows above Chambéry — a nose of dried fruits, light honey, and florals, with a big toffee sweetness balanced by a lingering finish of bitter florals.

Crafted by Dolin since 1821, this lighter-styled Alpine vermouth is excellent as an aperitif over ice or as the backbone of cocktails like the Negroni and Manhattan. Refrigerate after opening.
