Dailuaine Infrequent Flyers Single Cask #131 is a 16-year-old Speyside single malt, bottled at 54.4% ABV and matured in a rich Pedro Ximénez cask. Distilled in 2008 and released in 2025, this limited edition whisky (only 293 bottles) boasts a deep mahogany hue and an enticing nose of peaches, red plums, praline, and macadamia nuts. The palate is bold and indulgent, delivering waves of dark chocolate, espresso, and brown sugar, followed by raisins, sultanas, and a hint of Madagascan vanilla. A lingering finish of sweet spice, cloves, and black pepper makes this a powerful and complex dram.
