Distilled at Dailuaine in 2010 and bottled by Adelphi in 2026, this 15-year-old single cask release showcases one of Speyside's great workhorse distilleries in a richly sherried style. Matured in a refill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead and bottled at its natural cask strength of 56.7% ABV without chill filtration or added colouring, preserving the whisky's full character.

Dailuaine is renowned for producing a robust, meaty spirit that responds particularly well to long maturation in sherry casks. The refill Pedro Ximénez hogshead adds layers of dried fruits, dark toffee, chocolate and gentle spice while allowing the distillery's rich, weighty character to remain at the forefront rather than overwhelming it with oak.

Drawn from single cask #310226, this release yielded just 261 bottles, offering a superb example of Dailuaine's richly textured spirit enhanced by the subtle influence of refill Pedro Ximénez sherry oak.
