Dailuaine 2008 14 Year Old Oloroso Cask Cadenhead Original Collection Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700mL

This particular bottling, finished in Oloroso casks since November 2020, has warming ‘Christmassy’ notes throughout. Our Panel highlighted notes of ginger bread, Christmas pudding, praline and caramel nougat.

Tasting Notes:

Rather sweet but with some oak spices as well. Mostly cloves, some cinnamon. Then cherry-flavoured candy canes, some red berries, plenty of fudge and caramel. Maybe even some weak coffee.
