Convite Mezcal Espadín-Madrecuishe is a wild-agave blend from a 100% Oaxacan project — produced from wild Espadín agaves with 8 years of maturity blended with wild Madrecuishe agaves with 13 years of maturity. A premium mezcal produced in a single palenque, with stone-oven cooking, tahona stone grinding, natural fermentation in wood vats, and double distillation in copper pots.

Convite is a respected Oaxacan mezcal producer with deep ties to the Sierra Sur region. The Espadín-Madrecuishe blend pairs the more cultivated Espadín variety with the wilder Madrecuishe (a karwinski variety with a smaller piña and a more vegetal character), drawing on the strengths of both at different maturity points.
