Distilled at Clynelish in January 2015 and matured for 11 years before being bottled in July 2026 by independent bottler North Star Spirits as part of Series 28, released as part of their 10th anniversary celebrations.

This Highland single malt was matured in two refill hogsheads and bottled at 53.6% ABV without chill filtration and with natural colour, with the release limited to just 685 bottles.

Clynelish is particularly renowned for the distinctive waxy character of its spirit, a quality that has long set the distillery apart from many of its Highland counterparts. North Star's tasting notes for this bottling notably pick up on this characteristic, describing the palate as oily and waxy alongside creamy honeydew melon.

North Star Spirits' tasting notes describe spicy peach jam on a warm croissant on the nose, followed by oily, waxy notes and creamy honeydew melon, with caramelised lemon slices and toffee apples on the finish.
