A 1997 Clynelish bottled in 2014 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseur's Choice range. Bottled at a perfect drinking strength of 46%, 1997 was a stellar year for Clynelish and this shows it all off perfectly.

The bottling strength really works here as it brings out all the distillery's wonderful, waxy, coastal richness in the bottle. Highly recommended.
