Chef Knife With Custom Barrel Stave Handle

We truly love spending time in the kitchen and the process of recipe development (well, recipe testing) and as we continue to expand our barrel-age gourmet collection, we knew we needed a proper chef’s knife. So naturally, we turned to our friend Quintin Middleton, master artisan and bladesmith of Middleton Made Knives, who crafted our beautiful Barrel Stave Bar Knife.

Middleton designed a gorgeous and functional all purpose Chef’s Knife ideal for slicing, dicing and chopping with a custom Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrel stave handle. Handcrafted in Saint Stephen, South Carolina with durable high carbon steel, this chef’s knife is a versatile kitchen must-have that is stunning enough to leave on display.

Total length: 8 inches

Blade is constructed of AEB-L, a very strong durable high carbon steel that will hold an edge

60 Rockwell Hardness with a sharp 12° blade angle
