Caol Ila 2014 10 Year Old 100 Proof Release #49 57.1%

A smoky small batch Caol Ila from the rugged Isle of Islay. 

Bottle as part of the 100 Proof range from Signatory. This edition #49 whisky was distilled in 2014 and matured for a full decade in first fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottling was at the traditional imperial strength of 57.1% abv with no added colour and no chill-filtration. 

An exceptional Islay whisky full of smoky, peppery and rich dried fruit flavours.
