A 10-year-old Caol Ila 2013 Islay single malt whisky bottled by Douglas Laing for their Premier Barrel range.

Distilled at Caol Ila in 2013 and matured for 10 years in a single cask, this was bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration, with a total outturn of 417 hand-filled ceramic decanters.

Caol Ila’s clean, maritime style is particularly well suited to younger independent bottlings, combining the distillery’s characteristic smoky peat with coastal, citrus and malty notes. The Premier Barrel series presents single cask whiskies in distinctive old-fashioned ceramic decanters, making this a characterful independent Caol Ila with a relatively small outturn.

Please Note: This bottle is a part of a large batch of bin-ends we recently picked up at a great price, enabling us to pass on savings to our customers.
