This 16 year old blended malt, containing two casks of single malt from Orkney along with another two casks containing Hazelburn and Kilkerran whisky, is deliciously sweet and fruity with a hint of warming peat throughout. Expect notes of tropical fruits, icing sugar, campfire smoke, lemon curd and papaya.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Scottish shortbread, kiwi, icing sugar, toasted marshmallows.

Flavour: Tropical fruits, white sugar cubes, lemon meringue pie, campfire smoke.

Finish: S'mores, lemon curd, papaya, wood spice.

As it is I think it’s come together really well with each component leaving its mark for me in a well balanced, well integrated blended malt.
