Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle 2023 Canasta Cask Matured is a limited edition festival release from Bunnahabhain Distillery — the quintessentially unpeated Islay single malt fully matured in rare William and Humbert Canasta sherry casks, which held a blend of Oloroso (75%) and Pedro Ximénez (25%) sherries, presenting polished mahogany colour, classic sherried nose of caramelised fruits and honey roasted nuts, and a palate of maple syrup, dried figs, poached pears, and cocoa.
