Winemaker Specifics

Colour: Sunset apricot & peach blush.

Aroma: The wine offers a subtle array of fruit aromas of apricot and stone fruits.

Palate: The apricot influence is also notable on the palate and is dry, smooth and easy drinking.

Ageing: Whilst enjoyable now, this wine will reward careful cellaring for 3-5 years.

The vintage: 2020 provided a productive growing season with a wet Spring followed by a dry & mild end to Summer. Yields were plentiful and flavoursome with an excellent balance of acid and sugar. 

Food friends: Whilst a perfectly delicious wine on it’s own, this rosé is a delectable pairing with spicy Asian salads, pan-fried scallops or lightly seared meats from the grill.
