Bozal Mezcal Ensamble is a harmonious blend that brings together three distinct agave varietals—Espadin, Barril, and Mexicano. Each agave contributes its unique characteristics to create a mezcal that is a celebration of diversity and complexity. The Espadin agave, the genetic mother of the Blue Weber Agave used in tequila production, provides earthy aromas, the Barril agave introduces citrus and floral notes, while the Mexicano agave adds herbaceous and powerful elements to the blend.
