A single cask Blair Athol 2013, bottled in 2026 by the highly regarded independent bottler Adelphi as part of their Selection range. Matured for 12 years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead, cask 310751 yielded just 273 bottles at its natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Best known as one of the principal malts in Bell's blended Scotch, Blair Athol rarely appears as an official single malt, making independent releases like this especially sought after. The distillery's naturally rich, nutty spirit is beautifully complemented by first-fill bourbon oak, adding layers of creamy vanilla, citrus, orchard fruit and gentle spice while allowing the robust Highland character to shine through.

As always with Adelphi, only exceptional casks are selected, making this a fine example of both the distillery and the bottler's uncompromising approach to quality.
