A stunning 2007 vintage Blair Athol released as part of Signatory’s 100 Proof Exceptional Batch, #9. 

The 'Exceptional Cask' series showcases small batch whiskies bottled at a cask strength of 57.1% abv and of course that are of outstanding quality. Matured for 17 years in first fill Oloroso sherry butts the release was bottled in 2025 at 57.1% abv. There’s a complex and bold flavour to this Blair Athol that appeals to whisky enthusiasts who enjoy the higher alcohol strength.
