Bladnoch 2002 Single Cask #1001 Canasta Butt 48.4%

A striking single cask release from the Lowland Bladnoch distillery. Distilled in October 2002 and matured for 18 years in an Ex-Canasta Sherry Butt. This release was then bottled up in April 2021 at 48.4% abv. The palate offers a thick liquorice and marzipan body with delicate floral notes on top. The finish is long delicate and complex. A very intriguing single cask whisky.
