Distilled in 2015, this Benromach Organic single malt was matured for nine years in virgin American oak casks before being bottled in 2025 at 46% ABV.

Part of Benromach's Contrasts range, Organic holds the distinction of being the world's first certified organic single malt Scotch whisky, first introduced in 2006. Produced using fully UK Soil Association-accredited organic ingredients, the whisky is matured exclusively in virgin American oak, giving a different character to Benromach's more traditional bourbon and sherry cask matured releases.

Benromach describes notes of sweet malt, creamy pepper, banana, coffee and cocoa. Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and without chill filtration.
