Distilled at Benrinnes in October 2015 and matured for 10 years in a refill Oloroso Sherry butt before being bottled in June 2026 by independent bottler North Star Spirits as part of Series 28, released as part of their 10th anniversary celebrations.

This Speyside single malt was bottled at 59.5% ABV without chill filtration or added colour, with the release limited to just 737 bottles.

Benrinnes is one of a relatively small number of Scottish malt distilleries that continues to use traditional worm tub condensers. These coils of copper pipe are submerged in cold water and provide less copper contact than modern shell-and-tube condensers, helping to retain some of the heavier character associated with Benrinnes spirit.

North Star's tasting notes describe a meaty nose with toffee apples, followed by glacé oranges and crystallised berries on the palate, with fruitcake on the finish.
