This is the other 2007 vintage from batch 14. A 10 year old from a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. Nose: Wood smoke infused plum juice, cocoa dusted dates and a pinch of vanilla pod seeds, all warmed by a gentle spice oak finish. Taste: Sweet peat and milk chocolate hold soft waves of vanilla pod, a contrasting white pepper spice and vibrant toasted oak.
