Barsol Italia Pisco

Barsol Italia Pisco is a single-varietal Peruvian pisco made from 100% Italia grapes — a close relative of the Muscat family, prized in pisco for floral aromatics and natural sweetness. All grapes are sourced from the Ica Valley and undergo full fermentation before small-batch distillation on a copper pot still, with no water or additives added.

Pisco is the protected Peruvian (and Chilean) grape spirit, with single-varietal expressions like the Italia showing the character of one specific grape variety. Italia pisco is among the most aromatic of the eight permitted pisco grape varieties — distinguished by jasmine, floral, and sweet citrus aromatics. Barsol is one of Peru’s most respected pisco producers.
