Ballindalloch Single Cask Sherry Butt #114 8 Year Old Whisky 61.1%

From one of Scotland’s newest distilleries comes this outstanding Ballindalloch single cask 8 year old. Distilled on the 12th of March 2015 and matured in a single 1st fill Oloroso Sherry butt for 8 years before being bottled on the 20th of February 2024 at 61.1% abv. This UK exclusive release has a great depth of flavour with rich notes of dark chocolate, spice, nuts, dark cherries and figs. A very collectable whisky which is one of just 648 bottles.
