Ballindalloch Distillery Exclusive Bourbon Hogshead Single Cask #560 61%

Rare distillery exclusive Ballindalloch single cask release from Scotland’s first single estate distillery. This Speyside expression was distilled in November 2015 then matured in a single ex-bourbon hogshead, cask no. #560 before bottling in June 2024 at a robust 61% abv. 

Barley grown on the estate was used in the production of this distinct release with just 481 individually numbered bottles made available. The whisky gives a great insight into the quality that is to come from this young distillery that first started distilling in September 2014.
