Ballindalloch 2015 UK Exclusive Single Cask Oloroso Sherry #112 60.8%

From one of Scotland’s newest distilleries comes this outstanding Ballindalloch single cask 9 year old. Distilled in 2015 and matured in a single 1st fill Oloroso Sherry butt cask, #112 before being bottled in on the 27th of August 2024 at 60.8% abv. This UK exclusive release has a great depth of flavour with rich notes of dark chocolate, spice, nuts, dark cherries and figs. A very collectable whisky that’s one of 648 bottles.
