An exceptional 1997 Balblair 25 year old that was bottled in 2023 by Gordon & MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range. This single malt was distilled on the 2nd of October 1997 then matured in a single refill bourbon barrel for 25 years before being bottled on the 25th of January 2023. One of just 163 bottles released.
