The second release of Balblair 1990 bottled in 2013. This one was re-racken into sherry, a process that could easily have gone awry but in this case it has worked in the most beautiful way. This one is packed with delicate earthy, tertiary notes with sea air, chocolate and dark fruits. A real star of a Balblair.
