A single cask Aultomore 14 year old from Signatory Vintage bottled for their Cask Strength Collection. 

Distilled on the 4th of May 2011 the whisky was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximenez hogshead, cask #8. Bottling was on the 27th of May 2025 at a whopping strength of 61.9% abv. This Speyside whisky is free from chill-filtration, has natural colour and offers exceptional value. One of an outturn of 340 bottles each individually numbered.
