Arran Signature Series Vol. 3 Duero Discovery 50%

Arran Signature Series Vol. 3 Duero Discovery is a limited edition 12 year old unpeated single malt selected and signed by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman. Initially matured for 6 years in first and second fill bourbon barrels, it was then finished for 6 more years in Spanish red wine casks from the Duero region. Bottled at 50% ABV and non-chill filtered, this expression offers a rich, ruby hue with notes of caramelised fruit, hazelnuts, and zesty grapefruit on the nose. The palate is full bodied and complex, with red berries, creamy vanilla, ginger spice and a touch of aniseed.
