Ardbeg Eureka! Committee Release 52.2%

An Ardbeg Eureka Committee release bottled in Celebration of 25 years of the Committee. Crafted through months of experimentation in pursuit of the ultimate Committee bottling, the whisky creation team found their Eureka moment and released this fine dram. 

Pedro Ximenez casks were skillfully combined with roasted malt spirit matured in bourbon casks. The resulting whisky is complex with salted crispy seaweed, sweet cinnamon and dark chocolate coated raisin notes. Bottling was at a robust strength of 52.2% abv.
