Assembled from small batches of American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, and bottled at a palate-friendly 46.2%, Ardbeg 19-year-old Traigh Bhan has been a big hit, sitting proudly at the top of the distillery's core range since its introduction in 2019. A smoky, barbecue-y, seaweedy treat, and a very enjoyable throwback to the days when longer-aged Islay whiskies weren't nearly as scarce or expensive as they are today.
