Alma del Jaguar Blanco Tequila

Alma del Jaguar Blanco Tequila is produced at NOM 1414 by the Feliciano Vivanco family, fifth-generation distillers in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco, where Blue Weber agave plants mature at elevations above 6,800 feet. The distillery ferments the juice using a proprietary two-ferment process — 80% wild yeast and 20% imported French champagne yeast — then double-distills in traditional copper pot stills. The blanco is bottled unfiltered and at source with nothing added beyond water, agave, and yeast. A portion of proceeds supports active jaguar conservation programs.

The spirit pours crystal clear with a fresh, citrus-forward nose of grapefruit zest, cooked agave, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, bright citrus and tropical fruit emerge alongside warm agave sweetness and a faint mineral underpinning. The finish is peppery and clean, with lasting grapefruit and a long agave-forward fade.
