Aberfeldy 11 year old from SMWS named ‘Tutti Frutti Truffle’. Distilled 24th of October 2013 the spirit spent the initial maturation in ex-bourbon hogshead before transferring to a second fill American oak ex-PX hogshead.
A superbly delicious whisky with cherries, strawberries and apricots wrapped in dusty woodiness, with hints of lavender, burnt sugar and champagne truffles. One of only 278 bottles at a cask strength of 57.5% abv.
